An affiliate marketing is one of the digital marketing skills, tools or programs that gives an affiliate member opportunity to work with a brand, merchant online store or organization by driving traffic (customers/audiences for products) to their store or website to buy products (physical or digital product) or services; as a result of this the affiliate member gets paid for the LEAD/REFERRER converted to sales on the website i.e. an affiliate member get paid at a certain percentage on the payment made by prospective customer after the purchase of product or service.
Affiliate marketing can also be referred to as a kind of performance based on the marketing of the product by an affiliate member whereby a business owner rewards one or more affiliate member for each visitor or customer brought in by the affiliate’s marketing efforts.
